In November 2021, 19 students from the National University of Theatre and Film “I.L. Caragiale” in Bucharest (RO) and Civica Scuola Di Teatro Paolo Grassi in Milan (IT) explored together the first version of 2032 SMART-FAMILY, the telematic theatre play with a robot character written jointly by Marina Hanganu and Bianca Trifan. Participants from Romania connected individually via Zoom, while the participants from Italy joined the online workshop as a group.
Coordinated by Marina Hanganu, Isnaba Miranda and Ermanno Nardi, the students delved into the world of the play via theatre games, then read and discussed scenes from the play. The students gave valuable feedback which informed the rehearsal-ready version of the play.
